Snowball Fight
We trudged over the snow the icy city alley was a white satin veil. Specks of snow scattered like dusty powdered sugar in the wind. My cheeks so frozen burned flamingo pink. You were wearing your bright yellow, navy blue and white Michigan State jacket. We worked swiftly to build our forts, we shoveled pile after pile, stacking snow higher until it resembled a smaller version of the Berlin Wall. Finally the moment had arrived our enemies from Sawyer elementary approached .The silence and then crunch, crunch, crunch we ducked out of nowhere a scream Get Em! Snowballs fired from every direction like a bag of flour bursting open .The last snowball had been thrown but not by our enemies it was thrown by you. Splat! it hit me right in the shiner. Hahaha you blurted out. Chasing you I slipped but I straggled back. Argh! I got you attacking you from behind. Your strength overpowered me and pow! you took my head and bam! down my face went into the snow. It got dark and the shoveling began. We neatly piled snow away for a new battle. Here's one for you Sam right in the shiner!
