Principal's Message
Principal’s Message
I trust that your summer break was all you hoped it would be. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the 2009-2010 school year and to thank you for all of your hard work and support throughout the last school year. This coming school year represents a defining moment in time for the entire Curie community. I firmly believe great opportunities for our school are on the horizon. We must continue honing our unique crafts, striving collectively and contributing consciously toward realization of the goals outlined in the school improvement plan. While we were successful as a school in obtaining North Central accreditation status, we cannot forget to address a major concern cited in the report, namely, tardiness. Let me share with you the welcome address as written in the student handbook. Also, I want each stakeholder to carefully and honestly consider the question, “What can I do to help reduce student tardiness school-wide?”
