Thinks You Need to Know About Mrs. Vega
In Chicago.
Elementary school I went to Newberry Academy. For high school, I went to Guerin College Prep, and for college I went to Loyola University.
I decided to be a teacher my junior year in college when I realized that I have been teaching all of my life. I taught martial arts and Sunday school and dance classes during my teenage college years so I realized I had always been a teacher and extended it to English literature and history.
I do not have any pets at the moment.
I do have a few hobbies. I love gardening. I love competitive dancing in salsa and Bachata, and I love traveling.

I majored in History and English with a minor and philosophy, and I was pre-med for three of those years
I attended Loyola University Chicago in the Rogers Park area
At first, I didn’t think I would like Loyola ,because it was not my first choice, but I met such incredible people there and had really great mentors as well as their programs were pretty amazing, so I ended up realizing it was the best school for me
In college, I was a part of the black cultural center. I was a part of the gardening club, and I was a part of a Filipino hip-hop dance team as well as an African dance team at Cary High School. I have been the cheerleading coach for the spirit and competitive team, as well as the sponsor for the black student union for seven years and the sponsor for the poetry club for three years.
